newBERLIN Art Festival – summary of the final meeting

All participating artists FINALLY HAVE TO DO:

1: Go to http://berlinin3d.pbwiki.com and edit the wiki to insert your name in the list, to get your participation number.
2: Go inworld, contact LunAr Bailey to become a member of the newBERLIN art Festival group.
3: Look for a free spot in newBERLIN, discuss with LunAr the final destination for your piece. After that you get building rights.
4: Make a picture/snapshot of your artwork, upload it in the wiki, until the 13th feb
5: Create a short adidtional text to your artwork and upload it in the wiki, it will be part of our online catalogue
6: Make a full size picture with full white background of your Avatar, best with transparent background, put it next to your artwork to represent YOU.
7: Edit your Profile, because it will be part of the exhibition. iT is your page in the 3D Catalogue. Write something about your artwork there.
8: Get a copy of the “red line huge prim” at the round table of the newBERLIN SCHOOL. to help us creating a “net”
9: Use max. 10 huge prims to connect to 2 other artworks next to you in newBERLIN visually (using your 2D avatar picture/prim as starting point

Please make sure if everything is rezzed until 13th feb. 11 am PST

On 15th Feb (Date of ART FESTIVAL) you have to be online because of the streaming to BERLIN and COPENHAGEN between 7 and 9 AM PST (16-19 Uhr cet)!!
