newBERLIN ART FESTIVAL
To all RL/SL artists and people interested in arts
January Lightfoot and LunAr Bailey want to take part with you in an
RL-SL exhibition.
On 15th Feb. will be an *Art Festival* in newBERLIN. Every artist
who wants to, can place his artwork at the CUBIX or in the streets.
The artwork can be created in SL or in RL (you can show it by
uploading pictures). It’s your decision, which kind of art it is.
At the same time there is an exhibition concerning Second Life and
Art at Statens Museum for Kunst in Copenhagen in which many
international artists take part. The festival will be streamed to
Copenhagen as our contribution.
The festival will only be a big thing, if you all join us to put
your ideas into it. We meet every Friday until the exhibition
starts, to talk about our presentation or to work on things to
exhibit. The meetings are at the newBERLIN SCHOOL, 11 AM PST /
20:00 CET.

Do you want to take part? Then look on your own for a place in
newBERLIN where you want to exhibit. Place your artwork there until
14th Feb. You get building rights from LunAr Bailey.
Please write down your plans at our online list. It’s important for
us to know who is doing what and where.
The main time of the streaming to Copenhagen is on 15th Feb, 16:00
-18:00 CET / 7 AM PST - 9 AM PST. In this time every artist should
be online and available!!

An alle Künstler und Kunstinteressierten in Second Life:
January Lightfoot und LunAr Bailey möchten mit Euch an einer RL-SL
Ausstellung teilnehmen.
In newBERLIN wird es am 15. Februar ein *Art Festival* geben. In SL
können alle Künstler ihre Arbeiten ausstellen (im Cubix und im
öffentlichen Raum). Diese können in RL oder in SL erstellt worden
sein. Welche Art von Arbeit es ist, bleibt Euch überlassen.
Im Kopenhagener Statens Museum for Kunst läuft parallel eine
Ausstellung, die sich mit Kunst in SL beschäftigt. Viele
internationale Künstler nehmen daran teil. Unser Festival wird im
Februar dorthin übertragen und als unser Beitrag präsentiert.
Das Festival wird jedoch nur groß, wenn Ihr alle mit anpackt und
Eure Ideen in die Konzeption mit einbringt! Die Freitage bis zur
Ausstellung wollen wir gemeinsam nutzen, um an der Präsentation zu
arbeiten und ggf. weitere Arbeiten zu erstellen.Treffen ist immer
Freitags um 20 Uhr in der newBERLIN SCHOOL.

Möchtest Du teilnehmen, dann suche Dir für Deine Arbeiten
selbständig eine Stelle in newBERLIN und installiere deine Arbeiten
dort ab sofort bis spätestens 14.2.08. Baurechte bekommt Ihr bei
LunAr Bailey.
Trage bitte in unsere Onlineliste ein, wie Du Dich beteiligen
willst, damit wir eine Übersicht haben und Doppelbelegungen von
Orten vermeiden können.
Die Kernzeit der Übertragung des Festivals nach Dänemark am 15.2.
ist 16-18 Uhr. In der Zeit sollten alle Künstler online und
ansprechbar sein!!
