My avatar – Art Magne – is not a primary player in my project. But only a body to operate in SL. I really spend some time trying to style the looks by using SL standard parameters only (no tricky code and no texture mapping). But still I look like a Goth-person.

As we spoke (shortly) about at the meeting Dec. 10th, there are some requirements to the internet access from within the museum.
For safety reasons a lot of institutions have closed most of the TCP-ports (except port 80 for access the web and port 25 and 110 for emails). By according to the SL FAQ some other ports have to be openede:

Quote from the FAQ:
Second Life needs to connect to ports 443/TCP, 12043/TCP, 12035/UDP, 12036/UDP, and 13000-13050/UDP.
You should configure your firewall to allow outbound traffic on those ports.

Schrödinger’s Cat was a seemingly paradoxical thought experiment devised by Erwin Schrödinger published in the magazine “Naturwissenschaften” in 1935.
The original experiment attempts to illustrate the incompleteness of the Copenhagen interpretation when going from subatomic to macroscopic systems in Quantum Mechanics. In other words the experiments tells us there us there is something wrong in the way we understand reality.
The working title of my piece is “Cubes”.
